I believe that human beings are best suited for creative work. In the business world, I really want to see everyone focused on work that adds business value. I have thus been on a career mission to use technology to remove mundanity from people's work for the last 15 years. I have always leveraged the latest tools available to me to attack this problem. I co-founded a startup, Flux7, that was focused on improving productivity of Developers and IT Staff using DevSecOps methods in the AWS cloud. Flux7 never owned a server, or an office lease, or a laptop. We allowed work-from-anywhere in 2013 and built a BYOD setup to unlock maximum productivity. The resulting team, and its success, led to us winning many awards for our growth and excellence. We were acquired by the giant IT Services company, NTT Data Services, in December 2019.
