Alicia Dean
Alicia founded the City of Austin’s ATX+PAK Entrepreneurship Program a scalable model for building diverse, sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems around the world through the power of local government initiated public-private partnerships. This US Department of State funded program is the catalyst for direct economic investment and cultural benefits to local economies including the creation of several new businesses, commercial and educational partnerships between Austin and Pakistan . The successful program served as the framework for similar initiatives launched in Egypt (ATX+Egypt) and Detroit (D2Pak). Before joining the city, she served as a reporter, director, and producer in news organizations like KXAN and NBC Universal.

Raza Ul Mustafa
Raza is Co-Founder and CEO of Leverify Inc. Leverify is an e-commerce company with offices in Seattle and Islamabad. Raza is an experienced Program Manager, a Product Developer, and an Entrepreneur with 20+ years of industry experience including Microsoft, Lever Systems and Mnemonic Technologies. He is an investor in early-stage startups focused on Pakistan. Raza is also leading several initiatives to help US based tech startups establish their presence in Pakistan. Raza is a Charter Member of OPEN Seattle chapter and also a founding member of Pak Seattle Tech Connections.

Nauman Khan
Nauman is Senior Engineering Leader at Amazon Web Services. Nauman is the founding member of Pak Seattle Tech Connections, a community of entrepreneurs and professionals based out of Seattle, united by their shared passion to help build a stronger and prosperous Pakistan. As a result of these engagements, a number of opportunities have emerged and the Pakistani community in Seattle is taking the lead in some of these. This includes investment in Special Technology Zones, engaging leadership of large tech companies including Amazon and Microsoft to increase their presence in Pakistan and several initiatives related to upskilling the tech talent in Pakistan.
